Unless you speak Japanese, just fast forward to about the 30 second mark to see the real action. This ghostly footage was filmed in a parking garage. The figure moves towards a parked car, and then dissappears behind it… what do you think?

Pay close attention or you’ll miss the ghostly figure as moves in front of the camera. If I was on the forest and saw this, I’d be running away! Apparently, not this guy. If you’re having trouble viewing the ghost, it’s at about 25-30 seconds into the clip.
