A security camera captures what appears to be a ghost circling around an Oklahoma car impound lot. After seeing the figure on camera, the workers investigated and found nothing. Some people are claiming this a hoax video and it’s simply a doll on a string, but take a watch, and see what you think.

This was proven fake. Myth Busters and several other people have reinacted this almost perfectly.
