I don’t know… it kind of strikes me as a prank of sorts. The voice sounds recorded, like the kind you hear from various Halloween decorations, and the apparition could be someone in a sheet. But nonetheless, very creepy, especially if it’s real.

I had the same exact feeling immediately when I heard it. It sounds fake. They could have genuinely been scared but I think it was a prank from other soldiers.

Like it says above me, “prank”. A soldier is going to draw his weapon and shout something along the lines of “Stop!” “Halt”. They will not run around screaming like little girls.

Definitley a prank, if it didn’t have the halloween cd sounds then maybe it woulda been a lil more believable

my thoughts exactly, no doubt about the audio being a poor quality halloween recording. The only thing that bothers me about the incident is pulling a frightening prank on someone who is armed, kinda stupid thing to do. But could have been done by other soldiers who know they won’t shoot because of certain procedures in place to keep them from firing without permission from their commanding officer or not firing unless fired upon. nevertheless, still reckless to pull a prank of that nature and endanger human life just for a laugh.

hmm if this is real its very freaky. what sort of “thing” makes trained soldiers scared? and besides like paraseeker said doing a prank on someones whos likly to shoot you isn’t a good idea.

I agree with char….weather your a 5 year old girl….or a Navy Seal….you see something like that and it dosnt matter who you are…your not just gonna stand there and be like “hault” thats the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. And they didnt run away they stayed there. It was def. a prank but anyone who is human would have reacted like they did.
