Hi – I thought you might be interested in a full 90-minute audio recording of one of
    Anneliese’ exorcism sessions:

    http://web246m.dynamic-kunden.ch/maria/anneliese.html#Kassetten

Click on “Download kassette (90 minuten)”. Personally, I think she acts and sounds way
too much like Linda Blair in “The Exorcist”. The movie had been released in Germany a
few years eariler and with her interest in posession she probably saw it.

“Emily Rose” is fiction. In the real case there was no speaking in other languages (you’ll notice she only speaks her native German in the reording), no glowing eyes, no barn, no anything. To get the facts I recommend the book “The Exorcism of Anneliese Michel” by Felicitas Goodman. Movies are not reliable sources of information.

I had actually looked the video up on youtube. From there I googled and went on to several websites to do some investigation on this. I have never seen Emily Rose and only saw that this Exorcism of Anneliese Michel was the INSPIRATION for the movie Emily Rose. I figured that this little clip was worth letting the WM know about and see what you guys thought. I will most definately look this up further because exorcisms are a great intrest of mine.

Re: Joe Fonotonbool’s comment on exorcism.

I am a minister. I have been in the deliverance ministry since 1980. Every deliverance session is different. The fact that the lady did not speak in another languages does not mean the exorcism was not real. Some demons, when manifesting, speak in the language of the people present at the deliverance. Seldom they speak in an unknown language, but it happens. Among deliverance ministers it is believed that in that case, they are verbally cursing us, so we break those curses immediately.

Scary is the only word i can say right now. i hafe studying paranormal things in the last past years and this is the few “sound tracks” i really hafe been scared of to hear. i don´t know this person really but after this i can´t wait to study this person alittle more in the future. really good movie. but it would be much much bether if there was a movie about the exsocism in that movie and not just the sounds. what i really questions me is. What did he died of?, old age or suicide?… i would like to say this as my last words. “RIP Anneliese Michel”

Okay, that was pretty creepy. I didn’t know there were any audio records of the exorcism that were available to the public; thought the Church liked to keep a pretty tight lid on stuff like that. Either way, possesed or no, what happened to this young woman was a tragedy. We’ll probably never know the truth of the matter.

  10. oh god creeps me out like crap!

  11. Nohko says:

Such a shame. But at least this young woman is considered a saint now. I’ve seen the Exorcism of Emily Rose and now that I’ve seen this vid, I’m curious to dig a little deeper into Ms. Michel’s story. Thanks DemonTales.Com for bringing out the inner investigator in me!

Was mental illness completely ruled out by experts? It sounded to me like someone who needed a different kind of help in hospital.
