Strange Creature in South America

Here’s some footage of an odd little creature found in South America. 4 legs in the front and back, but no legs in the middle. Looks like a slinky to me. Anyone have any ideas what this strange creature could be?

It kind of looks like an inchworm to me, except for the distinctive legs. Perhaps its a genetic cousin or something along those lines? Interesting find, Demon :)
