Strange Otherwordly Sounds in Kiev, Ukraine

Bizzare and otherwordly sounds are being reported from Kiev, Ukraine. They seem to come out of nowhere and are heard loud and clear all over, resonating from building to building.

So, just where do these ghostly, machinelike noises come from? Nobody can be certain, but they are most certainly chilling. Some say it’s merely construction, but this is unlikely.
