Security Camera in Condo Catches Ghost

A security camera in a Florida condo complex catches some spooky activity on film. According to the owner of the video, the complex was plagued with numerous mishaps and accidents during it’s construction. Perhaps it was built on an Indian burial ground or other sacred area?
